Completely disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and rebuilt using brand-new high-quality gaskets, seals, and a needle valves.
This carburettor has undergone a complete testing process to ensure top performance:
- Air-leak tested to confirm all seals and mating surfaces are tight.
- Fuel pressure tested to ensure no leaks or flooding issues under operational pressure.
- Live engine tested, confirming:
- Proper fuel delivery across all circuits
- Smooth idle and progression
- Accurate response to tuning adjustments
- Choke and enrichment circuits operating correctly
